October 2019 TBR

Hello friends! I’m back with another post and it’s my TBR for October. While I wanted to fill this whole month with thrillers I had to refrain because I become scared so easily friends. I think I have a good mix of romance and some spooky books.

🎃 🧡 🕷️

October TBR 2019Game Changer by Sierra Hill – We all know I ADORE single dad romances right? I bought this when it released back in July and haven’t had the chance to get to it. Well, that changes now because I NEED a single dad romance fix.

Remember Me by Chelsea Bobulski – I couldn’t NOT have a book on this list to give me some spooky vibes. This takes place in a haunted hotel and I’m super excited to start this one. With a nightlight on of course!

Glow of the Fireflies by Lindsey Duga – I read enjoyed her debut last year and this synopsis sounds very enchanting.

The Deepest Roots by Miranda Asebedo  – I’ve had this book on my bookshelf for quite some time and since she is releasing another book, I know I need to get to it. I’ve been introduced to Magical Realism this year and I’m sure I’m going to enjoy the theme in this one.

Kaiju Girl Caramelise Vol. 1 by Spica Aoki – I adored this artist’s other series Beasts of Abigaile and can’t wait to start a new series from them. That artwork is so cute!! This about a girl who when romance will turn her into a Godzilla like monster.

So there you have it guys! The books that I’m hoping to read in October. 🎃 👻 🦇

What’s on your TBR this month?

      1. Yeah, it was so bad that both my buddy reader and I were like “NOPE!” It was almost ever chapter there was some form of fat shaming or someone criticizing the main character for not being pure or a virgin. I just could take it. My buddy reader only made it 10-20% in and she was over it. So I think if I do pick it up, I have to be in a really clear head space because I think that book is going to be the book that puts me in a reading slump.
